Upon graduating, students who have borrowed Federal Stafford or Perkins Loans must complete exit counseling. This counseling is completed online and provides information regarding the responsibilities of federal loan borrowers as well as repayment options. Watch your JCU email account for more information on how to complete online exit counseling. You are always welcome to visit Student Enrollment and Financial Services in Rodman Hall to review your borrowing history.
Students seeking employment should register in the Center for Career Services Office prior to leaving the University. Contact the Center for Career Services at 216.397.4237 for more information.
Students should check with the Business Office to make sure all balances are paid. You cannot participate in the ceremony, receive your diploma, or get a transcript without paying your balance. Check with the Cashier’s Office at 216.397.4494 for further account information.
All library fines must be paid and all books returned in order to obtain required library clearance. Contact the Grasselli Library at 216.397.4233 with any questions.
Try on your cap and gown soon after you pick them up in April to make sure they fit. We might be able to replace ill-fitting gowns if you act early enough.
Don’t wait until the last minute for anything. If it’s too late, it’s too late!
