Internship Program

The Russert Department of Communication encourages majors to complete internships throughout their college career. Internships are integral when applying for career-oriented positions. The department academic credit for internships for credit (1, 2, or 3 credits) as well as a zero credit-transcript notation option. All options require students engage in reflection and exploration as they intern. Some internships in the Communication field are unpaid; however, the College of Arts and Sciences will support students with unpaid internships.
