The Alumni Medal is the highest award given annually by the John Carroll University Alumni Association. It recognizes an individual’s accomplishments in their profession, contributions to their community, exemplary family and personal life, and dedicated service to John Carroll University post-graduation.
The JCU Alumni Association also named Dany Diaz Mejia '11 as its Young Alumni Award recipient. This award recognizes Dany's outstanding leadership and service, demonstrated leadership capability, career excellence, and commitment to the service of others.
Ron Sertz '69 (Erie, PA) has been named as the Rev. William M. Bichl, S.J. Alumni Volunteer Service Award recipient in recognition of his outstanding service and by distinguishing himself through his dedication, motivation, attitude, and generosity to the University and Alumni Association in sharing his time and talents.
