Location: The JCU Mail Center is located on the Garden (Ground) Level of the Administration Building (AD 14).
The Pack City Parcel lockers are located right around the corner from the Mail Center (right next to AD 7). JCU Pack City provides students access to packages anytime their Carroll Card allows them into the buildings. Packages available after hours and weekends. Pack City will send emails directly to students with pick up information.
The JCU Mail Center has limited in person hours for services listed below. Please call or email if something is needed outside these hours and we will try to accommodate.

Pack City Parcel Lockers can be utilized anytime the Administration Building is accessible. Over sized packages that do not fit in these boxes and must be picked up at the mail center counter during open hours only.
Package X is a new system that the JCU Mail Center is now using to provide students notifications for their student mail received and any over sized packages. JCU Mail Center with Package X will notify students via their JCU email of any mail or large packages that have arrived for pick up at the JCU Mail Center.
Incoming Package and Mail Services: The JCU Mail Center accepts incoming packages and mail Monday through Friday from:
When mail arrives at the JCU Mail Center, it is scanned and matched to the JCU student database for email notification. System scans mail and packages and looks for student names to send email for in person pick up.
Outgoing Mail and Package Services
The Mail Center offers the following mail and shipping services for all John Carroll faculty, staff and students.
JCU Mail Center bills departments for internal mailing services and gladly accepts cash/ MasterCard & VISA/ Apple & Google pay for all personal shipping needs.

The JCU Mail Center has limited space and requests that all packages be picked up within two weeks of arrival on campus, we will return the packages to the sender after two weeks.
